Take a journey back in time through the last 3,000 years of history, along the banks of the River Nile.  Mencap is organising a bike ride from Luxor to Aswan, with a visit to the Valley of the Kings. This is Mencap’s favourite event and is now entering its fifth successful year. We’re looking for participants to join us on this fantastic adventure, which includes staying on a Nile cruiser and sailing down the Nile. You’ll need to pay a registration fee of up to £250 and pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship. Marcus Sedgwick from Pulborough in West Sussex took part in the Nile bike ride in February this year and writes “The combination of three things; cameraderie, Egypt itself and the sense of achievement have made this an unbelievable week! Thanks to everyone”
